[Osmf-talk] Should OSMF run another microgrants round?

Hi all, 
If OSMF desires to run  another microgrant, I think there's need to change some things as regards the evaluation of proposal and grant award diversity. While some region in other parts of the world are constantly benefiting from microgrant due to a well structured English and promising result along the line such proposal with be awarded and the promised result will not be meet.Grant writing requires skill that mappers in some part of the world didn't have while others hire someone to do that for them. I want to implore that the procedure for awarding grant should be looked into properly and its diversity across countries.
