[Osmf-talk] Updated membership prerequisites plan

It would not be "drop membership requirements" as the only current
membership level with requirements is Active Contributor membership,
according to https://join.osmfoundation.org/ at the time of writing.
Neither Normal Membership nor Associate Membership has requirements, so in
fact, if I understand the board's proposal correctly, they wish to
introduce requirements across all levels of membership.

I note that I would not have met the proposed requirements at the time I
became a member, if they were the requirements of the time, I do wonder if
the board has given consideration to how it would handle members who are
now members but would not qualify for membership under the proposed
requirements?
