[Osmf-talk] Updated membership prerequisites plan

1.  I welcome the beginning of the moderation process, and I offer 
thanks to the volunteers.

2. I support a refresh of the Diversity and Inclusion Special Committee. 
Like moderation, it is a way to make everybody, anybody associated with 
OSM, feel valued and respected.

3. On the survey - responding to Amanda:

The question is probably rhetorical, but yes, if we have open ended 
questions I would help to do translation and analysis of free text 
answers. There is a well developed science of doing just that. I'm not 
an expert on it, but somebody reading this is.

Agree. I have agonised over social survey questions many many times. 
Short is good. Ask only what you are capable of using well.

Let me deflect and say that I think our Board members are a heroine and 
several heroes for taking on the work.
