The OpenStreetMap Ops team uses https://twitter.com/osm_Tech for
posting upcoming or unplanned maintenance. We also occasionally post
to https://lists.openstreetmap.org/listinfo/announce

We have a monitoring service which monitors the health of all the
services we run, a public summary is available here: (along with

The OpenStreetMap Ops team no longer maintains the wiki Platform
status page, but the community does update it with long-term planned
maintenance items.

We are slowly demising munin.openstreetmap.org and replacing it with
https://prometheus.openstreetmap.org/
