[Question to the board]

All three board members with terms that are running out are eligible for 
re-election, if all three re-run there are essentially no seats 
available, not three.  Has the board agreed now on rules by when 
incumbents have to announce their intention to re-run or are we going to 
have a repeat of last years shambles?
