[Osmf-talk] Annual General Meeting on 10 December 2022 and election to board

Thanks for the discussion, Simon.

There does not need to be a 'rule' in place. Why not make it a good
governance practice? Meaning - board members should advise the community
about their intentions. This helps for transparency and planning around the
election process. Plus, it might encourage new candidates to join the
election and board.
