[Osmf-talk] Tagging standards

I lived in Vienna for four years and visited Budapest regularly, always 
stopped at Gerbeaud for Dobos and Esterhazy tortes.

I do believe that the time has come for a subset of curated tags. It 
will be a relatively small subset, but its time has come. I'm not the 
right person to grasp the nettle, however.
