[Osmf-talk] Awareness on Membership software (CiviCRM) issues under Membership WG and Board review

Hi Arnalie

Thanks for the info.

On my initial read the directors may have a hard time removing memberships
from those that are ineligible, but that’s based only on my reading of the
AoA.

Can you point me to where the eligibility criteria for membership are
formally set out?

They don’t form part of the AoA so I’m wondering where they arise from, and
hence their legal standing.
