Regardless of if it was actually acted on or not (given that that is
second-last set of minutes, no way I can know): "The Finance Committee
agreed that monthly reports can be emailed to corporate members" is not
in the least unclear and as such, even if it wasn't the intent, is a
minute decision of the FC, and gives a new definition to "pure fiction".
