I rebuilt the postgis jars and pushed them to sonatype.org. It will take a
while until they are mirrored on repo1.maven.org, after that, I'll recheck
the unit tests.

By the way, are we committed to use 1.3.2? If I can't overwrite the 1.3.2
on repo1.maven.org, we could upgrade to 1.3.3 or later to use the fixed
jars from that version.
