[osmosis-dev] all libraries missing in osmosis-Head

Apologies, I should have sent out a note.
Run "ant resolve" first.
So "ant resolve build_binary" will get a working osmosis.
I've updated the readme.txt but it's not obvious. I haven't figured out
a simple way of getting this to work without always requiring internet
connectivity. Perhaps I should do a dumb check for the existence of the
lib sub-directories which are created by ivy.
