[osmosis-dev] Suggestion: option to include changesets in historic bbox extracts

Hi,

I use osmosis to produce bbox extracts from the experimental "full
history" planet dumps. It would be useful if there were an option to
include changeset information in the bbox extract (all changesets
having impacted the bbox).

The changesets include min_lat / max_lat information (example below), so
this should be feasible in a single pass.
