I wasn't even aware that this was possible! How does Osmosis select 
nodes, ways, and relations for inclusion when using history data? If 
version 3 of a way contains node x which is in the bbox, but versions 1 
and 2 didn't contain any nodes, what will happen - will it include v3, 
or v3 and all later versions, or all versions of that way?
