[osmosis-dev] Ring Grouping outer/inner information

Hi,

according to
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Relation:multipolygon/Algorithm

I have to know of which type a way is (inner,outer). I actually can't
figure out how to get this information out of my osmosis database to
build correct polygons and do some checks. Am I missing something? Don't
I need this info to build multipolygons?
