[OSRM-talk] Eliminate ways from beeing used

Hi,
whats the difference in the lua profile way_function  for

- return 0
- return 1 + way.speed = -1
- return 1 + way.ignore_in_grid = true

It seems the way_function gets called for buildings and
landuses too which return with 1 and way.speed = -1
and ignore_in_grid = false.
