Indeed, a problem related to travel speeds for cars was fixed recently, see https://github.com/DennisOSRM/Project-OSRM/pull/969.
A new version was recently pushed to master, but in general be sure to build osrm from the develop branch, not master, to get the latest fixes.

Is there any chance of optimizing this behavior in order to get accurate driving times.
Do you have a sample car .profile which may I use ?

OSRM take 2/3 of the Maxium speed to calculated the travel time.
