[OSRM-talk] Road network size vs performance for match service.

Artur,

  North America vs the planet would probably see little difference.  A single city vs the planet, maybe you'd see a small percentage.

  Many of the algorithms/data structures used scale logarithmically with size, so the impact of very large networks is not huge.
