[OSRM-talk] Shutdown of API version 4 demo server

We talked about it before several times, today it finally happened: We have
switched off the demo server from version 4 to version 5 only.

All API version 4 requests now answer with:

200 OK

The OSRM Demo server has moved to API Version 5. Documentation for the new
version can be found at
https://github.com/Project-OSRM/osrm-backend/blob/master/docs/http.md
