[Party] PR needs to be sent

I was just chatting to SteveC, who's a bit concerned the Press Release 
hasn't gone out yet.

As a Bristol person, I hereby announce to the party list my 
willingness to do stuff like that if needed.

I just made a minor edit to it on the wiki - it's looking pretty good. 
Who wrote "but don't send it yet - we need to confirm venues"? Can 
whoever's confirming the venues please confirm? Then we can decide 
who'll send the PR to whom.

One suggestion I have for the PR is to make Bristolians more aware of 
their OSM inferiority compared with Cambridge and the IoW... Is that a 
good idea?
