I think it's confirmed on the watershed side so the times can be 
mentioned. What I'd drop (am not online to do it myself ATM) is the 
reference to pub lunches - we only do that if we don't have a day-long 
venue.

yeah so long as it's positive :-)

Also, add a contact number (fine for it to be mine if you don't want to 
deal with it) and then feel free to start shipping it out to whoever you 
think is relevant - it's a nice timeing as we're 1 week away.
