[Photon] Question - Photon web

Dears,

Firstly, thanks to all of the creators and contributors for
https://photon.komoot.de/ project. Good luck and success!

I have been using the free geocoding API for my little application. I
should say typo-tolerance has been one of the main reasons I have chosen
it, so far it works perfect.

Resently, I have added some addresses/POIs on OSM map and I can see the
changes already on OSM master, but till now they are not included in Photon
search results.

Since my project is not that big, I cannot afford to install and maintain
my own geocoding engine so I am relying on services like yours.

I just wanted to ask, how often do you sync with OSM (I am targeting on a
small city of Georgia (Kutaisi))? If there is any way I can contribute?
