[Photon] Photon API availability

Hey guys,

I'm also very satisfied with Photon capabilities, and struggle with the
downtimes. I'm running a small hobby app for hungarian hikers and monitored
~60 timeout events this month from users using the API.

My sweetspot would be 5 dollars/month for a reliable Photon API.

I would love to see this track moving forward, so fingers crossed :)

Regards,
Roland
