Yes, but then it would still be a superset of all currently available user
GPX tracks - or is there a way to dynamically assign various vector_####.xml
files to individual P2 instances when starting them?
Some users are very conscious about privacy and do not want to publish their
tracks due to possible conclusions about them from the timestamps and
locations in the GPX.

Great. That would also make it possible for servers to provide other helpful
functions for editing the GPX tracks beyond mere uploading.
