This may be an issue with the way Dave's set up the test page rather
than an actual bug, but passing in lat/lon/zoom via a URL query doesn't
work:

http://random.dev.openstreetmap.org/potlatch2/potlatch2.html?lat=51.215&lon=-0.63094&zoom=16

Should be the village of Compton in Surrey, but just starts at Charlbury
Interdimensional station as per a plain URL.

I suspect this may need addressing before PL2 can go live on osm.org.
