1. Fuction "create parallel way" doesn´t work for closed polygons. See screenshot.
Why create parallel way for closed polygons? - For drawing buildings.
2.The possibility would be great for the user:
while drawing of parallel way- input of exactly distance for the mulitipolygon copy.
