[Potlatch-dev] Update Problems on Nodes

Hi!

I am observing drawing problems with some nodes. I have some ways that have
a noexit=yes on the last node. My style should show those nodes with a small
dead-end sign.

When I start P2, the icons are not shown. When I highlight the ways with the
mouse, the icons appear. But of course, they should be visible all the time.

This is reproducible on every start. I've seen it in Build 24085 and in my
previous .swf without build number.

There are two of those nodes in this area:

I have also observed a single node not being drawn, but that was not
reproducible.
