For the record this was fixed in
http://trac.openstreetmap.org/changeset/23733 , so now there will
always be an icon (currently a light-grey question mark) even if the
mapfeatures.xml is missing one. We've still got one POI missing an
icon (sports centre) and a few others on plain icons.
http://trac.openstreetmap.org/changeset/23844 added a few more but
others are of course welcome.
