[Potlatch-dev] Oauth for an application using api06.dev

While I had no problem intalling a Potlatch2 client on www.openstreetmap.org,
I dont succeed in having the same Potaltch2 client using
OSM Dev server and would like advice as what can be wrong.

I have copied Potlatch2 files in the following directory :
http://www.clubmontagnecanadien.qc.ca/hotpotlatch2/

I have custom presets installed.

I have an account on api06.dev.openstreetmap.org server. I accessed
Oauth settings, where I registered the application with the following variables :
Application Name : HOT Potlatch2 DEV
Main application url : http://www.clubmontagnecanadien.qc.ca/hotpotlatch2/index.php
Callback url : nothing
Support url : nothing
All the following parameters selected
read their user preferences.
modify their user preferences.
create diary entries, comments and make friends.
modify the map.
read their private GPS traces.
upload GPS traces.

The Potlatch2 client is http://www.clubmontagnecanadien.qc.ca/hotpotlatch2/index.php

When loading the application, the OSM map is not loaded I no windows is opened asking my OSM user/password.
 I can create nodes and ways. Also, I can access the menu items.
