 I dragged a postbox icon to the correct location on the map, but it
 disappeared. The property editor for the POI still appeared on the left.
 Since the POI didn't appear on the map, I presumed something had gone
 wrong, so re-added it.

 However, a dragged icon had disappeared for me once before, so this time I
 checked the changelog. I found a postbox node added well away from where I
 was editing - well away from the visible editing area, but within the
 bounding box of the changeset. I presume this was the node that had
 disappeared. I've since deleted the POI, but it was this one:

 The previous time this happened to me the POI was a shop. I'm going to go
 back through my edit history to see if I can find it - it was a couple of
 weeks ago IIRC.
