[Potlatch-dev] Add pt_PT locale support to Potlach2

Hi,

How can I help translating Potlach2 to pt_PT locale?

I've been browsing through the GiHub repo and I did find this
https://github.com/gravitystorm/Potlatch2/tree/master/l10n/locale. But that
two files per locale is all there is to assure the app translation?
