Yep - but 2) is not (afaik) achievable within map_features' current
implementation*. The issue is an entity is either a road, or it's a
tramway. You can't (currently) make the visibility of an inputSet
depend on the existence of a separate tag (ie, have the tram route
relation editor show up only if railway=tram is present).Yet.

* Actually not quite true: it would be possible, but pretty kludgey -
every road would have to be defined twice, once with tram, and once
without.
