 Add direct coordinate handling to Potlatch's built-in search, so that the
 map view can be jumped to a specific latitude and longitude. At the
 moment, it allows coordinates to be entered, but it then hands those to
 Nominatim, which returns "the nearest place" to the coordinates, which is
 often a long way off.
