 Hello,

 there is a TMS server with Orbview3 imagery in Croatia (you can see the
 coverage here: [http://osm-hr.org/orbview.htm]), and the address that
 works in JOSM looks like this:
 ''http://tms.osm-hr.org/orbview/{zoom}/{x}/{-y}.png''

 There is a -y, and JOSM knows how to handle that. I tried several
 combinations with Potlatch (../$z/$x/$-y.png, ../$z/$x/-$y.png) but none
 worked. Is there a way to do this, or is there a simple code fix?
