 Issue:
  * Potlatch2 on http://www.openstreetmap.org/edit stops loading after the
 progress bar reached 100%
  * Error in developer console: "GET
 http://www.openstreetmap.org/assets/framework_4.5.1.21328.swz 404 (Not
 Found)"

 Environment:
  * Ubuntu GNU/Linux 12.04 32bit
  * Chromium 18.0.1025.162 or Firefox 12.0
  * Flash 11.2 r202, /usr/lib/flashplugin-installer/libflashplayer.so

 Clues:
  * The editor loads correctly with '''Chrome''' 18.0 on the same system,
 using its own Flash plugin /opt/google/chrome/libgcflashplayer.so
  * C0bra and RichardF on #osm gave valuable hints
  * Check web server logs for frequency of this bug

 Expected behaviour:
  * Editor loads framework_4.5.1.21328.swz from fpdownload.adobe.com and
 completes loading without error

 Possible quick-fix:
  * Set up HTTP redirect for
 http://www.openstreetmap.org/assets/framework_4.5.1.21328.swz to correct
 location on fpdownload.adobe.com
