[openstreetmap-website] User page redesign a.k.a. activity stream (#54)

Perhaps it's a little early for feature requests… but how about exposing all the data available in the HTML page as a JSON or Atom feed?

There's a spec for this, called Activity Streams: http://activitystrea.ms/
