[openstreetmap-website] User page redesign a.k.a. activity stream (#54)

First of all, thank you Tom for reviewing the code! To be honest this was my first code ever in Ruby/Rails :) Since then I've been working hard on another OSM-related project of mine (also in Ruby) so I am a little bit more fluent in Ruby now.

Anyway, my plan is to rebase the work to latest master because I saw that there is a lot of new stuff and some of it may actually clash with this pull request. Then I will address your review comments.

@samatjain I actually saw that spec and I think it's nice but for now we need to figure out whether/how to implement the activity stream in OSM. As @tomhughes pointed out already in his review, there are some scalability challenges with this so we will see how it turns out.
