[openstreetmap-website] Moderate updates to the diary functionality. (#68)

The vertical gap between posted by & location looks fine to me; it could be tweaked but browsers will prevent it from getting smaller than the text-size anyway.

As far as images crashing against the bottom; not seeing where in this change that could have changed.
