[openstreetmap-website] editing diary/blog entries is broken in opera (#226)

OK, I took a deeper look:
The text gets broken in the [autoGrow](https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/blob/master/vendor/assets/jquery/jquery.autogrowtextarea.js) plugin. It looks like a Opera gets confused by the hacks the plugin applies to the textarea in order to determine "the character width". Note that as osm.org doesn't use a monospaced font, this can't work. The plugin does a pretty bad job anyway: Try to edit one of my [test entries](http://api06.dev.openstreetmap.org/user/tyrTester06/diary): you get a textarea with hidden content without a scrollbar!

Can you try upgrading to [version 3.0](http://www.technoreply.com/autogrow-textarea-plugin-3-0/) of this plugin?
> Users of the previous versions will surely remember the strange behavior of the textarea when using proportional fonts. All this has been catered for in the new version.
