 Currently note creators are emailed with "$person has resolved one of your
 map notes near $place" when a note is resolved.

 It'd be very nice if a reply to this could go back to the person that
 resolved the note (just to say "thanks") in the same way that replies to
 messages sent through OSM can be replied to.
