[openstreetmap-website] Convert user navigation to a dropdown menu (#447)

This case change is a hangover from the original plan to move these to the menu.

I don't have a problem with it staying, but we should probably be consistent between the `my xxx` labels used for your own page, and the ordinary `xxx` labels used for other users' pages.
