[openstreetmap-website] Map data view - no longer possible to select an item from a list (#591)

It is generally better to describe issues in terms of what you want to be able to do but can't (so in this case you can't easily select the fence) that in terms of a proposed solution (such as "bring back the object list") as there may be multiple possible approaches to solving the problem and it doesn't help to start from a preconceived idea of what the best solution is.

I realise your main description does explain the issue here, but the title is written in terms of wanting the old UI back rather than as a description of the problem.
