 I can confirm that. I added a comment to my own diary entry in a response
 to someone else's and the listing properly shows the text "2 comments" but
 my comment does not appear on the entry page:

 http://www.openstreetmap.org/user/Pawe%C5%82%20Paprota/diary/18385

 I did not fiddle with any language settings (I have "en" in my profile).
