[openstreetmap-website] New map UI (#328)

Is is really necessary to use read-only edit boxes for sharing links? Copying from these boxes is seriously broken on Linux because the data ends up in the wrong clipboard. Also, checking out the link requires to put the cursor in the box and move it around which is more complicated than necessary.

On a more general node for usability of the share control: the main use case of the current permalink, at least for me as a mapper, is not sharing a link but updating the map: click on permalink, reload page and get updated map tiles. It would be nice if that would still be possible in one or two clicks.
