[openstreetmap-website] location-control does not work with android stock browser or chrome on android (#365)

The new geolocation functionality does not appear to work on android phones with the stock android browser or chrome for android (tested on Android 4.2.2 on a Samsung S4) With Opera Classic for android on the same device it works correctly.

Is this a problem with Leaflet and should be reported upstream?
