[openstreetmap-website] Add welcome page (#338)

Like woodpeck I am very much opposed to the mention of company names. Why not use terms like Navigation, Routing, Hiking, Driving, Shopping, Art, etc. So advertising the varied possibilities of uses, not advertising selected companies that happen to use the data. In my opinion, those could give money to end up on a Sponsors list if anything.
