[openstreetmap-website] Redesign (#498)

Fedora Linux, Opera 12.16 (sorry):

* Click "Search": search bar appears. Click "X" button: while it disappears, the map jumps right and then left again. This happens with most sidebars that appear at the left side (e.g. with "add a note").
* Click one of "layers"/"legend"/"share" buttons and *do not move a mouse*. Tooltip does not disappear and either hangs on a map or covers a part of sidebar.
* It is quite hard to reproduce, but sometimes when I click "History" item while not logged in, a sidebar appears with title "changesets" (or something like that, site is in Russian here), but below that full contents of welcome panel are displayed instead of "No changesets is this area" message.
