[openstreetmap-website] Command-click doesn't open in new tab from browse pages (#562)

In the new openstreetmap.org, in browse pages like http://www.openstreetmap.org/way/7238726, command-clicking on any of the node links or the "View History" at the bottom opens the pages in the existing window instead of a new tab.
