[openstreetmap-website] Command-click doesn't open in new tab from browse pages (#562)

This is basically the same as https://trac.openstreetmap.org/ticket/5044 and really makes precisely my point, that there is no good solution because every browser may use a different set of modifier keys for this sort of thing.
