[openstreetmap-website] "Edit Way" link is missing (#574)

Previously, something that I used to do quite regularly when looking at e.g. a way edit was to zoom out to see the context, and then select the "edit way" option underneath the map to edit the area imediately around the way.

This is no longer possible - the "edit way" option has gone and "edit" at the top attempts to edit the zoomed-out map.
