[openstreetmap-website] Redesign (#498)

Very beautiful and sleek design. Besides a few minor nits that I have to pick (e.g. the "about" link should be repeated below the one sentence introduction as "learn more" or something like that) I have one big(ish) problem with this redesign:

It's a beautiful website for an online map. It looks way too "professional" for a community website. And all the other stuff that OSM does is still very underrepresented.

How about at least adding links to switch2osm.org (and hopefully similiar guides for nominatim and osrm) to the export tab? The Information on the "about" page could also use a paragraph about the "how" of using the data to match the "which license" paragraph there.
